“CPA * FINANCIAL ADVISORS” is on the roofline of brown-one story brick building

Traveling from Beltway 8 or Hwy 59 South:

• Take Hwy 59 south past Hwy 6 & past Grand Parkway-99.
• Exit Hwy 59 onto FM 762 turning Right onto FM 762.  Proceed until you see the George Memorial Public Library then Turn Left at this light onto FM1640 also named Ave I.
• Travel 1.9 miles on FM 1640 -aka- Ave I, you’ll pass the High School Stadium on the right, you’ll see a Western Steak House on the Left, our office building will then be also the Left which says “CPA & FINANCIAL ADVISOR with a TEXAS STAR on the roof line, it is a one story brown brick building.    “3510 Ave I, Rosenberg TX.”  (The Walgreens is just a block past our office.)
• As you park in front of our Building, enter through the glass door on the right side of the building.  This entry is closest to my office.

DIRECTIONS TO OUR OFFICES VIA Hwy I-10 West:

Traveling from I-10 West:

• Take I-10 outside Beltway 8; to Hwy 99 Grand Park Way; Turn Left (South)
• Travel a few miles until you come to the light of the West Park Toll Road/FM 1093.
• Turn Right (away from Houston) onto FM 1093;
• The next light is FM 723, Turn Left towards Rosenberg.
• Continue past the big High Schools on your left into Rosenberg.
• Just after you go over the Brazos River Bridge & Rail Road Tracks;
• Turn Left on to Hwy 90 (aka Avenue H) travel a mile or so,
• Turn Right at light onto Millie Street (Walgreens is on the Corner)
• Then drive one block to next light which is Avenue I (aka FM 1640) Turn Left.
• Our Offices are on the Right (One Story Brown Brick Building)

DIRECTIONS TO OUR OFFICES VIA Beltway 8 & Westpark Toll Road:

Traveling from Beltway 8:

• Take the West Park Toll Road which travels West/South West
• Stay on the WP Toll crossing over the 99 Grand Parkway where it will become FM 1093.
• After the Toll Road ends the first light you will come to on FM 1093 is FM 723.
• Turn Left on FM 723; Towards Rosenberg;
• Continue past the big High Schools on your left into Rosenberg.
• Just after you go over the Brazos River Bridge & Rail Road Tracks;
• Turn Left on to Hwy 90 (aka Avenue H) travel a mile or so,
• Turn Right at light onto Millie Street (Walgreens is on the Corner)
